My Story & Mission

I started Policies in the Kingdom because I was tired of seeing people with conviction feel like they had no place in the policy space. For too long, our values have either been silenced or shouted down — not because they lack truth, but because they lack platforms.

As a policy writer, education specialist, faith leader, and advocate, I’ve spent the last 20 years navigating political systems, church pews, classrooms, and community halls. What I’ve learned is this: the people who care the most about justice, truth, and human dignity often feel the least equipped to speak up.

This site is my answer to that.

Policies in the Kingdom is not just a resource hub. It’s a declaration: that you don’t have to compromise your convictions to engage culture, and you don’t have to be a political insider to shape political outcomes. You can be morally grounded and socially radical — and that combination can change lives.

So whether you’re a church leader trying to respond well to today’s issues, a young person trying to understand what the Bible says about justice, or a concerned citizen who wants to email your MP — this space is for you.

Why We Need God in Politics:
A
Call to Kingdom Citizenship in Public Life

There is a growing discomfort among Christians when it comes to the idea of “God in politics.” We shrink at the thought of fusing faith with public life, as if they are incompatible realms. But that very discomfort is a sign of how far we've drifted from understanding the true nature of the Kingdom of God and the divine design for human society.

This site reflects a faith-informed worldview, grounded in Christian moral and social ethics. It is not a religious site, nor is it exclusive to people of faith — but it is built by someone whose policy work, public engagement, and content are shaped by the teachings of Jesus and a belief in justice, truth, and human dignity.

Transparency & Disclaimer

  • This platform is for anyone who wants to engage public life with principle. You don’t have to be a Christian, and you don’t have to be political. If you care about truth, justice, and taking informed action — welcome.

  • Not at all. Many resources are designed with churches in mind, but everything is open-source and adaptable for individuals, community groups, or schools.

  • Because I believe truth comes from somewhere — and for me, that’s Scripture. I don’t expect everyone to agree, but I write and curate content from that place of conviction, while staying grounded in policy facts and practical tools.

  • Yes. Everything here is designed to be used, shared, adapted, and multiplied. Just credit the site if you use a direct template or pack.

  • No. This isn’t about party politics — it’s about moral clarity and community action. While I may have personal political experience, this platform doesn’t represent any one party line. It's about principles before partisanship.
